Photographic Printing and Cropping

Prints are customised orders, made to request and are not kept in stock.  This means that unless there are any visible faults with the product, we will not accept any returns or exchanges. 

 

In order to return a canvas print that is damaged, it must be signed for as damaged when delivered by the courier, for the printers to be able to claim and get a new one sent to you free-of-charge. 

 

Refunds will not be given due to “not liking a photo” or selecting an incorrect photo. 

 

In the event of any visible faults with the product, photographic proof will be required in order to be able to provide a replacement.

 

 Please note that the colours and brightness of a photo can vary. They may look more vibrant and punchy on the screen and this can vary depending upon which device you are using.

When images are exposed onto photographic paper, there is a very small amount of magnification to ensure there are no white edges around the image. This results in a very slight crop which is unavoidable.

For Framed Prints and other Wall Display products. We have tried our best to show a fair representation of how your product will look. However the exact crop and colour may vary slightly due to the nature of photographic development, tolerance of machinery and the fact that our products are assembled by hand.

If your images are a different ratio to the product, our operators will adjust the crop positions as they see fit, unless you have specifically set them.
